Services Provided
Supportive Living
Our supportive living services provide direct, person‑centered assistance in the home and community. Care staff work alongside each consumer to help them meet individualized goals, strengthen daily living skills, and build confidence in everyday tasks.

We also help consumers explore affordable housing options and connect with resources that promote long‑term stability. When appropriate, we assist with identifying compatible roommates to support shared living arrangements.

Our services focus on helping individuals acquire, maintain, and improve the self‑help, social, socialization, and adaptive skills needed to live successfully in a home‑ and community-based setting. Through consistent support, we aim to enhance each consumer’s independence while ensuring they are safe, empowered, and included in their community.
Respite
Our respite services offer short‑term, reliable support for individuals when their caregivers need planned or emergency relief. During these periods, consumers receive safe, attentive care that maintains their routines and supports overall stability.

We help families coordinate temporary respite arrangements when a caregiver is unavailable, ensuring continuity and peace of mind. Our goal is to strengthen the well‑being of both the caregiver and the care recipient by providing meaningful relief that supports long‑term balance and quality of life.
